I actually do not think 5 stars is fair to give Katie and her agency. I was literally a no one when I called her one day in need of help. I got her name from my lender and she not only helped me but killed the quotes I was getting for my homeowners. On top of beating all other quotes by 1000 dollars she is human. A funny and charming person. I have since moved my cars and everything under her agency and recommend all of my clients see her as well. Every time I make a change she is there to assist in a timely manner. I would recommend her to anyone.
